Some people cannot start their day without a good breakfast; others don't do breakfast.

SHOULD YOU NOT REQUIRE BREAKFAST WE WILL REFUND $35/NIGHT FROM THE QUOTED RATE. 

If you are having breakfast with us and have specific dietary requirements give us early notice to ensure we are able to cater for you.
