Saltair is established on the Sunshine Coast, bringing a fresh, design-led approach to modular construction.
Saltair wins its first HIA Innovation in Housing Award at both Sunshine Coast and Queensland state level, signalling its emergence as a leader in the modular space.
The business is acquired by Civil Engineer Steve Bridger, who brings over 30 years’ experience in large-scale project delivery and guides Saltair into its next phase of growth.

Saltair completes an award-winning modular build for Sunshine Coast Airport and begins securing additional multi-storey residential projects, further strengthening its commercial and mid-rise credentials.
Saltair is appointed to the Queensland Department of Education panel and the Homes NSW modular taskforce, and completes 36 homes for QBuild in Bundaberg – a Master Builders award-winning project that showcases the company’s capability to deliver high-volume, high-quality social housing at speed.
